The Happy Talk Speech and Language Therapist is working closely with Belmont School to continue to offer support to pupils during the Coronavirus pandemic through the following remote therapy options:
- Developing resource packs to send home, with activities and ideas for you to do with your child to support their speech, language and communication.
- Delivering online assessment and therapy sessions.
- Providing advice via email or over the phone to parents and carers and are continuing to provide advice, support and training to staff in school.
- Continuing to provide updated reports and therapy plans for pupils on the therapy caseload. If your child is leaving school at the end of this academic year and are on the Speech and Language Therapy caseload, we will make sure they have a transition report to send on to their future setting.
If you have any questions or concerns about your child’s Speech, Language and Communication or would like further advice and support, you are welcome to email me:
I look forward to speaking to you soon!
